SDS-PAGE analysis of PABJ-0136 in β-mercaptoethanol-reduced (Lane 2) and non-reduced (Lane 1) conditions. Gel stained for 30 minutes with Coomassie Blue. As a result of different β-mercaptoethanol-reduced protein migrates as about 14 kDa.
