Camelid Anti-C. difficile toxin B Recombinant Antibody (PABJ-0137) (CAT#: PABJ-0137)
This product is a Camelid antibody that recognizes C. difficile toxin B. 7F inhibits GTD cleavage, but does not directly interact with the CPD. 7F binds to the C-terminus of the GTD, immediately juxtaposed to the cleavage site.

SDS-PAGE analysis of PABJ-0137 in β-mercaptoethanol-reduced (Lane 2) and non-reduced (Lane 1) conditions. Gel stained for 30 minutes with Coomassie Blue. As a result of different β-mercaptoethanol-reduced protein migrates as about 14 kDa.
