The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-Cas9 Recombinant Antibody is specific for Staphylococcus aureus Cas9. Cas9, from Staphylococcus aureus, serves as an RNA-guided endonuclease in genome editing, noted for its smaller size compared to SpCas9, with high editing efficiency. The anti-Cas9 antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50-1/100).
