Rabbit Anti-CD24 Recombinant Antibody (clone R69-1X-8) (CAT#: VS3-FY2151)
This is a rabbit recombinant monoclonal antibody that is specifically developed for the detection of human CD24. The recommended dilutions for western blot (WB) are 1/500-1/1000, and for immunoprecipitation (IP) are 1/50. It is advised to store this antibody at 4°C for short-term use, while for long-term storage, it is recommended to aliquot and store at -20°C to maintain its stability. It is crucial to avoid subjecting the antibody to freeze/thaw cycles to preserve its efficacy.

- May have a pivotal role in cell differentiation of different cell types. Signaling could be triggered by the binding of a lectin-like ligand to the CD24 carbohydrates, and transduced by the release of second messengers derived from the GPI-anchor. Modulates B-cell activation responses. Promotes AG-dependent proliferation of B-cells, and prevents their terminal differentiation into antibody-forming cells.
