Innovative mRNA Format
We were interested in expressing the anti-CD68 antibody directly in our cells, and this mRNA product was the perfect solution. It contains mRNAs for both the heavy and light chains. Transfection was successful, and we were able to detect the expressed antibody, validating this approach for our intracellular studies.
Specific Clone Y1/82A Expression
Using this mRNA to express the Clone Y1/82A antibody allowed us to study CD68 in a novel way. The encoded antibody maintained the specificity for the macrophage antigen CD68 as expected. The product was easy to handle and stored well at -20°C without degradation of the RNA.
