Mouse Anti-CEP55 Recombinant Antibody (CE719)

The anti-CEP55 recombinant antibody (CE719) reacts with human CEP55. CEP55 is a microtubule-associated protein localized to the midbody during cytokinesis. It is essential for the final abscission step of cell division by recruiting the ESCRT complex. CEP55 is significantly overexpressed in many highly proliferative tumors; its elevated levels are used as a biomarker for poor prognosis and increased metastatic potential. The anti-CEP55 antibody (CE719) has been tested in Immunohistochemistry (IHC).
