This product is a recombinant rabbit antibody targeting the CHD3 (Chromodomain helicase DNA binding protein 3), which involves in transcriptional repression as part of the NuRD complex. It recognizes and binds to human CDH3. It also has cross-reactivity against mouse and rat CHD3. It has been determined using Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin, Flow cytometry, Immunocytochemistry or Immunofluorescence.
