Rabbit Anti-CHEK1 Recombinant Antibody (clone R02-1D6) (CAT#: VS3-XY3314)
It is a recombinant rabbit antibody that specifically recognizes human CHEK1 (Checkpoint kinase 1), which regulates the transcription of genes that regulate cell-cycle progression through the phosphorylation of histones. It also has cross-reactivity against mouse or rat CHEK1. It has been reported for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunocytochemistry or Immunofluorescence.
