Mouse Anti-CHRNA4 Recombinant Antibody (CH460)

The anti-CHRNA4 recombinant antibody (CH460) reacts with human CHRNA4. CHRNA4 is a major subunit of the high-affinity (α4)2(β2)3 nicotinic receptor in the central nervous system. It mediates fast excitatory synaptic transmission and is the primary target for nicotine addiction. Mutations in CHRNA4 are associated with Autosomal Dominant Nocturnal Frontal Lobe Epilepsy (ADNFLE), due to altered receptor desensitization and excitability. The anti-CHRNA4 antibody (CH460) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) and Flow Cytometry (FC).
