Rat Anti-Chtop Recombinant Antibody (Ch951)

The anti-Chtop recombinant antibody (Ch951) reacts with mouse Chtop. Chtop (also known as SRAG) is a chromatin-binding protein that recruited to the TREX complex to facilitate mRNA export. It is a substrate for the methyltransferase PRMT1. Arginine methylation of Chtop modulates its interaction with 5-hydroxymethylcytosine (5hmC) and is involved in the epigenetic regulation of glioblastoma cell proliferation and gene expression. The anti-Chtop antibody (Ch951) has been tested in Immunohistochemistry (IHC).
