Rat Anti-Clasp1 Recombinant Antibody (Cl775)

The anti-Clasp1 recombinant antibody (Cl775) reacts with human and murine Clasp1. Clasp1 is a microtubule-plus-end-tracking protein (+TIP) that promotes microtubule stability by preventing catastrophes. It is essential for organizing the mitotic spindle and maintaining the Golgi apparatus structure. Clasp1 signaling coordinates the interaction between microtubules and the actin cytoskeleton, which is vital for directional cell migration and axonal growth. The anti-Clasp1 antibody (Cl775) has been tested in Immunoprecipitation (IP) and Western Blot (WB).
