Recombinant Anti-COL3A1 Eliminating Antibody, pH-Sensitive (VS-0625-YC68)

The anti-COL3A1 eliminating antibody is an engineered pH-sensitive antibody against human COL3A1. COL3A1, a type III collagen, relates to vascular Ehlers-Danlos syndrome. The antibody has a novel COL3A1-sweeping activity in vivo, which selectively eliminatesthe soluble COL3A1 from plasma. Compared to conventional antibody, the mAb exerted in vivo efficacy by simultaneously engineering both pH-dependent antigen binding, to mimic the pH-dependent receptor-ligand binding of such endocytic receptors, and increased FcRn binding affinity at neutral pH, to mimic the cell-bound form of the receptors.
