Antibody-conjugated liposomes targeting CTSD demonstrate significant potential in the treatment of gliomas. Firstly, CTSD is an enzyme that is highly expressed in glioma cells, and its specificity allows anti-CTSD antibodies to target tumor cells, thereby improving efficacy. Secondly, the coupling of antibodies with liposomes enables targeted drug delivery, maximizing the reduction of damage to surrounding normal cells. Thirdly, this conjugation method can enhance the stability of the drug in the tumor microenvironment and extend its duration of action.
