Mouse Anti-CYLD Recombinant Antibody (CY996)

The anti-CYLD recombinant antibody (CY996) reacts with human, mouse and rat CYLD. CYLD is a deubiquitinating enzyme that specifically removes K63-linked ubiquitin chains from signaling molecules like TRAF2 and NEMO. By doing so, it acts as a powerful brake on NF-κB and JNK signaling. CYLD is a tumor suppressor; its loss leads to uncontrolled inflammatory signaling and the development of cylindromatosis (skin tumors). The anti-CYLD antibody (CY996) has been tested in Flow Cytometry (FC) and Western Blot (WB).
