This is a recombinant rabbit antibody targeting the DAPK1 (Death associated protein kinase 1). It recognizes and binds to human DAPK1. It also has cross-reactivity against mouse and rat DAPK1. It has been detected by Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin, Immunocytochemistry or Immunofluorescence. The recommended dilutions of Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin and Immunofluorescence is 1/500-1/1000, 1/50-1/100 and 1/50-1/200, respectively.

    The former is caspase-dependent, while the latter is caspase-independent and is characterized by the accumulation of autophagic vesicles.
    Phosphorylates PIN1 resulting in inhibition of its catalytic activity, nuclear localization, and cellular function.
    Phosphorylates TPM1, enhancing stress fiber formation in endothelial cells.
