Mouse Anti-DGKZ Recombinant Antibody (DG653)

The anti-DGKZ recombinant antibody (DG653) reacts with human and murine DGKZ. DGKZ is an enzyme that phosphorylates diacylglycerol (DAG) to produce phosphatidic acid (PA). By doing so, it acts as a "molecular switch" that terminates Protein Kinase C signaling and initiates mTOR or Ras signaling. DGKZ is a key regulator of T-cell activation and polarized cell growth; its dysregulation is linked to impaired immune responses and cardiac hypertrophy. The anti-DGKZ antibody (DG653) has been tested in Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoprecipitation (IP) and Western Blot (WB).
