Mouse Anti-DNAJB1 Recombinant Antibody (DN378)

The anti-DNAJB1 recombinant antibody (DN378) reacts with human DNAJB1. DNAJB1 (Hsp40) is a co-chaperone that stimulates the ATPase activity of Hsp70, facilitating protein folding and the disassembly of protein aggregates. A characteristic "DNAJB1-PRKACA" gene fusion is the defining driver of Fibrolamellar Hepatocellular Carcinoma, where the fusion protein causes constitutive protein kinase A activity and uncontrolled cell growth. The anti-DNAJB1 antibody (DN378) has been tested in Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoprecipitation (IP) and Western Blot (WB).
