This product is an anti-DNMT3A antibody (VS-0924-YC31). The antibody is intended for the detection of human DNMT3A, a cancer stem cell (CSC) marker. It can be used for identifying DNMT3A in CSC tissues or cells by Immunohistochemistry at dilutions from 1/50 to 1/200 and Immunofluorescence at concentrations between 0.5 to 2 µg/mL.

- Function
- It modifies DNA in a non-processive manner and also methylates non-CpG sites. May preferentially methylate DNA linker between 2 nucleosomal cores and is inhibited by histone H1. Plays a role in paternal and maternal imprinting. Required for methylation of most imprinted loci in germ cells. Acts as a transcriptional corepressor for ZBTB18.
