The Mouse Anti-DNMT3A Recombinant Antibody (clone 64B1446) is a recombinant antibody raised against full-length mouse DNMT3A protein. It is suitable for Chromatin Immunoprecipitation (ChIP), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and Western Blot (WB). DNMT3A is a DNA methyltransferase involved in de novo methylation, critical for embryonic development, imprinting, and X-chromosome inactivation. This antibody provides a valuable tool for studying epigenetic modifications and their impact on development and gene expression.
