LMP1 is a primary target for controlling tumorigenesis in EBV-related malignancies. The epitope of the mAb is within residues from 328 to 386 of LMP1. And it is useful for attenuating LMP1 function, with potential to be developed into a control measure for LMP1-positive tumors.
