Engineered via advanced deep learning, the anti-ECM1 mAb (AibG-Rb-CM128) exhibits exceptional binding affinity for ECM1 in human and rat. ECM1 (Extracellular Matrix Protein 1) is a secreted glycoprotein that modulates basement membrane integrity and angiogenesis. It regulates TGF-β signaling by binding to its activators and is involved in the pathogenesis of various inflammatory skin diseases.
