Rabbit Anti-EHD1 Recombinant Antibody (clone R01-4E6)

The R01-4E6 recombinant monoclonal antibody is able to recognize human EHD1. It cross-reacts with mouse, rat. It is suitable for use in a variety of assays, including WB, IHC-F, IHC-P, ICC/IF, IP. We confirm the QC result of the antibody by western blot (dilution 1/500-1/1000), immunohistochemistry (dilution 1/50-1/100), immunofluorescence (dilution 1/50-1/200), immunoprecipitation (dilution 1/20). This EHD1 antibody was used in western blot analysis of EHD1 in K562, rat brain, C6, 3T3, Hela lysates.
