This product is a rabbit recombinant antibody that is specific to phosphorylated EIF2AK2. The target of this antibody is phospho-EIF2AK2 (Thr451). The clone R08-2G5 can be used in WB analysis at a dilution of 1/500-1/1000. The molecular weight of EIF2AK2 (pThr451) observed in WB experiments using this antibody is 74 kDa.
