Computationally designed for excellence, the anti-EIF2AK2 antibody (AibG-Rb-AK132) ensures strong molecular binding to EIF2AK2 in multiple species. EIF2AK2 (PKR) is an interferon-induced kinase that phosphorylates eIF2alpha in response to viral double-stranded RNA. It is a central node in the innate immune and Integrated Stress Response (ISR) pathways, leading to a global shutdown of protein synthesis.
