Mouse Anti-EP300 Recombinant Antibody (EP610)

The anti-EP300 recombinant antibody (EP610) reacts with human and rat EP300. EP300 (p300) is a global transcriptional co-activator and histone acetyltransferase (HAT). It acetylates histones to open chromatin structure and serves as a bridge between diverse transcription factors and the basal transcription machinery. p300 signaling is a central hub for pathways including p53, hypoxia (HIF-1), and TGF-β, making it a critical regulator of cell growth and differentiation. The anti-EP300 antibody (EP610) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) and Flow Cytometry (FC).
