Mouse Anti-ERCC1 Recombinant Antibody (ER221)

The anti-ERCC1 recombinant antibody (ER221) reacts with human and murine ERCC1. ERCC1 forms a heterodimeric complex with XPF to function as a structure-specific endonuclease in the Nucleotide Excision Repair (NER) and interstrand cross-link repair pathways. It is responsible for the 5' incision at DNA damage sites. Clinically, high ERCC1 expression in tumors is a significant biomarker for resistance to platinum-based chemotherapies. The anti-ERCC1 antibody (ER221) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Western Blot (WB) and Flow Cytometry (FC).
