Recombinant Anti-F10 Eliminating Antibody, pH-Sensitive (VS-0625-YC101)

The anti-F10 eliminating antibody is an engineered pH-sensitive antibody against human F10. F10 is vitamin K-dependent coagulation factor X, essential for the blood coagulation cascade. The antibody has a novel F10-sweeping activity in vivo, which selectively eliminatesthe soluble F10 from plasma. Compared to conventional antibody, the mAb exerted in vivo efficacy by simultaneously engineering both pH-dependent antigen binding, to mimic the pH-dependent receptor-ligand binding of such endocytic receptors, and increased FcRn binding affinity at neutral pH, to mimic the cell-bound form of the receptors.
