Human Anti-F11 Recombinant Antibody; scFv Fragment (HPAB-M0357-YC-S(P)) (CAT#: HPAB-M0357-YC-S(P))
This human scFv antibody fragment product binds to the apple 2 domain of human coagulation Factor XI. This anti-F11 antibody was obtained from a fully synthetic human IgG1 library displayed at the surface of engineered yeast strains. The yeast display library was screened with F11 to ensure this product selectively binds to human and non-human primate F11 at subnanomolar affinity but not binds to other coagulation cascade proteins. The scFv antibody fragment could inhibit the blood coagulation and associated thrombosis without compromising hemostasis. This product can be conjugated to small molecules, enzymes, and liposomes for the research related to F11.
