CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-FKBP4 Recombinant Antibody (VS13-YC402) (CAT#: VS13-YC402)
The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-FKBP4 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human and mouse FKBP4. FKBP4, also in the immunophilin family, lacks immunosuppressant activity, instead interacting with regulatory factors affecting B and T lymphocyte signaling, playing roles in intracellular trafficking and gene therapy enhancements. The anti-FKBP4 antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50-1/100).

- Function
- May play a role in the intracellular trafficking of heterooligomeric forms of steroid hormone receptors between cytoplasm and nuclear compartments. The isomerase activity controls neuronal growth cones via regulation of TRPC1 channel opening. Acts also as a regulator of microtubule dynamics by inhibiting MAPT/TAU ability to promote microtubule assembly. May have a protective role against oxidative stress in mitochondria.
