Human Anti-FZD7 Recombinant Antibody scFv Fragment (PABJ-0125-S(P)) (CAT#: PABJ-0125-S(P))
This product is a Human antibody scFv fragment that recognizes Human FZD7. This antibody bound to FZD1, -2, -5, -7, and -8, but not FZD4. It showed cross-reactivity to mouse FZD4 and FZD5. It functionally inhibited Wnt3a-induced β-catenin stabilization in 32D cells expressing each of their respective FZD-binding partners.
