The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-G3BP1 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat G3BP1. G3BP1 is a DNA-unwinding enzyme in the Ras signal transduction pathway, participating in stress granule assembly, with roles in nucleic acid binding and endoribonuclease activity. The anti-G3BP1 antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50-1/100).
