Mouse Anti-GARS Recombinant Antibody (GA445)

The anti-GARS recombinant antibody (GA445) reacts with human, mouse and rat GARS. GARS (Glycyl-tRNA Synthetase) is an essential enzyme that charges tRNA with glycine for protein synthesis. It exists in both cytosolic and mitochondrial isoforms. Mutations in GARS cause Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease type 2D (CMT2D), where a gain-of-function toxic interaction disrupts neurotrophic signaling, leading to peripheral motor neuropathy. The anti-GARS antibody (GA445) has been tested in Flow Cytometry (FC) and Western Blot (WB).
