Effective mRNA For Antibody Expression
We explored this mRNA product to express anti-GFAP VHH domains in our cells. The expression levels were good, and we could detect the antibody product. This format offers a novel way to deliver therapeutic candidates in research models, particularly for studying blood-brain barrier crossing.
Specific GFAP Targeting
The antibody produced from this mRNA specifically targeted glial fibrillary acidic protein as verified in our assays. The mRNA was stable during storage at -20°C. This product has enabled us to test new hypotheses regarding intracellular antibody delivery and targeting in the nervous system.
