The anti-GIMAP8 recombinant antibody (GI823) reacts with human GIMAP8. GIMAP8 is a GTPase of the IMAP family, predominantly expressed in the immune system. It localizes to the Golgi and endoplasmic reticulum. GIMAP8 signaling is critical for the regulation of T-cell survival and homeostasis; its absence leads to defects in lymphocyte development and an altered peripheral immune repertoire. The anti-GIMAP8 antibody (GI823) has been tested in Immunohistochemistry (IHC).
