Recombinant monoclonal antibody specially binds to β2GP-1. This human anti-β2GP-1 antibody (B27) can be potentially used in the treatment of thrombosis, recurrent fetal loss, and thrombocytopenia in patients with antiphospholipid syndrome (APS).
