Mouse Anti-GPC5 Recombinant Antibody (VS-0326-YC1182)

This product is an anti-GPC5 antibody panel that contains two antibodies targeting human GPC5. GPC5 is a cell-surface heparan sulfate proteoglycan anchored by GPI. It functions as a co-receptor that modulates growth factor signaling, particularly Wnt and Hedgehog pathways. GPC5 is implicated in lung cancer susceptibility and rhabdomyosarcoma progression by enhancing mitogenic stimuli. Two monoclonal antibodies, VS-0326-YC562 and VS-0326-YC563, directed against GPC5 were used for in vitro assays including Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Western Blot (WB).
