The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-GPER1 Polyclonal Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat GPER1. GPER1 encodes a membrane multi-pass protein in ER, associated with estrogen-induced signaling, impacting biological processes like bone development and fertility through non-genomic pathways. The anti-GPER1 antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1 µg per test).
