This product is a recombinant mouse antibody that recognizes GPR87. The antibody was expressed in mammalian cells with chemically defined culture media and was purified by affinity chromatography.

SDS-PAGE analysis of HPAB-AP094-YC in non-reduced (lane 1) and β-mercaptoethanol- reduced (lane 2) conditions. Gel stained for 30 minutes with Coomassie Blue. As a result of different β-mercaptoethanol-reduced proteins (Heavy chain and Light chain) migrate as about 50 kDa and 25 kDa, respectively. And non-reduced protein migrates as about 180 kDa.

Great For IHC Staining
We used this mouse antibody for immunohistochemistry on tissues overexpressing GPR87. The staining was specific and low background. It is also useful that it is validated for multiple applications like flow cytometry and Western blot.
Versatile GPR87 Antibody
Finding a good antibody for GPCRs can be tough, but this one works well. We confirmed its specificity using dot blots and Western blotting. The affinity chromatography purification really makes a difference in the purity and performance.
