Mouse Anti-HIF1AN Recombinant Antibody (HI1012)

The anti-HIF1AN recombinant antibody (HI1012) reacts with human HIF1AN. HIF1AN (FIH-1) is an asparagyl hydroxylase that regulates the activity of HIF-1alpha. Under normoxia, it hydroxylates HIF-1alpha to prevent its interaction with p300/CBP, thereby repressing hypoxic gene expression. FIH-1 signaling acts as an oxygen sensor to fine-tune the cellular metabolic response to oxygen levels. The anti-HIF1AN antibody (HI1012) has been tested in Immunocytochemistry (ICC) and Western Blot (WB).
