Optimized for high-precision targeting, the AI-designed anti-HINT1 mAb shows superior binding performance for HINT1 in human and rodent models. HINT1 is a purine phosphoramidase that functions as a haploinsufficient tumor suppressor. It modulates Wnt/β-catenin and p53 signaling by interacting with transcription factors and inhibiting their activity, thereby regulating cell cycle exit and apoptosis.
