Mouse Anti-HIP1R Recombinant Antibody (HI116)

The anti-HIP1R recombinant antibody (HI116) reacts with human HIP1R. HIP1R is a clathrin-binding protein that links the endocytic machinery to the actin cytoskeleton. It is essential for the stabilization of clathrin-coated pits. HIP1R signaling regulates the trafficking and degradation of various receptors; its downregulation is associated with altered membrane dynamics in cancer and Huntington's disease. The anti-HIP1R antibody (HI116) has been tested in Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoprecipitation (IP) and Western Blot (WB).
