This recombinant monoclonal antibody demonstrates a strong affinity for human HTRA1. The antibody detected the HTRA1 protein with a calculated molecular weight of 51 kDa and an observed molecular weight of 51 kDa, it is suitable for western blot at a dilution of 1/500-1/1000 and for immunofluorescence at a dilution of 1/50-1/200.
