Mouse Anti-IFIH1 Recombinant Antibody (IF937)

The anti-IFIH1 recombinant antibody (IF937) reacts with human IFIH1. IFIH1 (MDA5) is a cytoplasmic sensor that recognizes long double-stranded viral RNA. Upon activation, it signals through MAVS to induce Type I Interferons. IFIH1 signaling is the primary defense against picornaviruses; specific mutations are associated with Aicardi-Goutières syndrome and susceptibility to Type 1 Diabetes. The anti-IFIH1 antibody (IF937) has been tested in Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoprecipitation (IP) and Western Blot (WB).
