Mouse Anti-IGF2BP3 Recombinant Antibody (VS-0326-YC1132)

This product is an anti-IGF2BP3 antibody panel that contains two antibodies targeting IGF2BP3. IGF2BP3 (IMP3) is an RNA-binding protein expressed in embryos and many tumors. It stabilizes mRNAs that promote cell growth and migration, such as CDK6 and HMGA2. IGF2BP3 signaling is a hallmark of aggressive tumor behavior and is widely used as a prognostic marker in pancreatic and renal cell carcinomas. Two monoclonal antibodies, VS-0326-YC33 and VS-0326-YC34, directed against IGF2BP3 were used for in vitro assays including Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Flow Cytometry (FC) and Western Blot (WB).
