Excellent IHC Staining
We applied this Rabbit Anti-IGFBP2 antibody (clone JU37-46) for immunohistochemistry on human tissue samples. The staining was specific and distinct, allowing us to visualize the localization of IGFBP2 effectively. The recombinant nature of this monoclonal antibody gave us confidence in the specificity, eliminating the variability we often see with traditional polyclonal options.
Clear Bands In Western Blot
Our lab used this antibody for Western Blot analysis to detect IGFBP2 expression in various cell lysates. We observed a clean band at the expected molecular weight, confirming the antibody's sensitivity. The provided buffer formulation with BSA and Glycerol seems to preserve the antibody activity well during storage at -20°C.
