The anti-IL19 eliminating antibody is an engineered pH-sensitive antibody against human and mouse IL19. IL19, belonging to the IL10 family, modulates inflammatory responses and activates certain signaling pathways. The antibody has a novel IL19-sweeping activity in vivo, which selectively eliminatesthe soluble IL19 from plasma. Compared to conventional antibody, the mAb exerted in vivo efficacy by simultaneously engineering both pH-dependent antigen binding, to mimic the pH-dependent receptor-ligand binding of such endocytic receptors, and increased FcRn binding affinity at neutral pH, to mimic the cell-bound form of the receptors.
