Clone R01-6J5 is a rabbit recombinant monoclonal antibody that detects human IL1RN. It cross-reacts with mouse. The antibody is recommended for detection of IL1RN protein by WB, IHC-F, IHC-P, ICC/IF, IP. The recommended dilution ratio is as follows: western blot (dilution 1/500-1/1000), immunohistochemistry (dilution 1/50-1/100), immunofluorescence (dilution 1/50-1/200), immunoprecipitation (dilution 1/20). This IL-1 receptor antagonist protein antibody has been teted positive by western blot analysis of IL-1RA in K562, 3T3, Hela lysates.
