The anti-IL31 eliminating antibody is an engineered pH-sensitive antibody against Canine IL31. IL31, affecting epithelial cells, is linked to allergic conditions and skin disorders. The antibody has a novel IL31-sweeping activity in vivo, which selectively eliminatesthe soluble IL31 from plasma. Compared to conventional antibody, the mAb exerted in vivo efficacy by simultaneously engineering both pH-dependent antigen binding, to mimic the pH-dependent receptor-ligand binding of such endocytic receptors, and increased FcRn binding affinity at neutral pH, to mimic the cell-bound form of the receptors.
