Mouse Anti-IL6ST Recombinant Antibody (IL436)

The anti-IL6ST recombinant antibody (IL436) reacts with human and monkey IL6ST. IL6ST (gp130) is the shared signal-transducing subunit for the IL-6 family of cytokines. It activates the JAK/STAT and MAPK pathways. gp130 signaling is essential for hematopoiesis, cardiac development, and neural survival. Mutations in gp130 result in Hyper-IgE syndrome or severe skeletal dysplasia. The anti-IL6ST antibody (IL436) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Western Blot (WB) and Flow Cytometry (FC).
