Mouse Anti-ING1 Recombinant Antibody (VS-0326-YC1133)

This product is an anti-ING1 antibody panel that contains two antibodies targeting ING1. ING1 is a tumor suppressor that acts as a reader of H3K4me3 marks. It recruits HDAC complexes to repress growth-promoting genes. ING1 signaling is a critical cofactor for p53-mediated apoptosis and cellular senescence; its loss of function is a common event in the development of melanoma and breast cancer. Two monoclonal antibodies, VS-0326-YC1050 and VS-0326-YC1051, directed against ING1 were used for in vitro assays including Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoprecipitation (IP) and Western Blot (WB).
